Users registering on this platform must:

• Provide accurate and genuine personal information.
• Register only for lawful matrimonial purposes.

Users below the legal marriage age are not permitted to register.

3. Registration

To use our services:

• OTP verification is mandatory.
• One mobile number can be used for only one active profile.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Users must keep their profile information accurate and up to date.

4. Profile Information

Users are responsible for the information uploaded to their profiles.

This includes:

• Personal details
• Photographs
• Horoscope
• Biodata
• Family details
• Partner preferences

Uploading false, misleading, offensive, or copyrighted content is strictly prohibited.

5. Profile Verification

NTVK verifies users through mobile OTP verification. While we take reasonable efforts to maintain genuine profiles, we cannot guarantee the complete authenticity of every profile or information provided by users.

Users are advised to independently verify all information before making any matrimonial decisions.

6. Profile Search

Searching and browsing profiles is completely free. However, certain profile information remains protected until unlocked.

7. Profile Unlock Charges

Viewing complete profile details requires a one-time payment.

Current pricing: ₹50 Per Profile Unlock

The unlock includes access to:

• Complete Biodata
• Horoscope
• Additional Photos
• Contact Number

Each payment applies only to the selected profile. Once a profile is unlocked, it remains accessible for that account (lifetime access).

8. Payment Terms

All online payments are securely processed through Razorpay.

NTVK does not collect or store:

• Credit Card Details
• Debit Card Details
• UPI PIN
• CVV
• Banking Passwords

Payment security is managed by Razorpay using industry-standard encryption.

9. Refund Policy

Payments made for successful profile unlocks are generally non-refundable. Refunds, if applicable, will be governed by our Refund Policy.

10. User Responsibilities

Users agree that they will:

• Provide truthful information.
• Upload only their own photographs.
• Respect the privacy of other users.
• Use the platform only for genuine matrimonial purposes.
• Avoid abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activities.

11. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

• Create fake profiles.
• Use another person's identity.
• Upload inappropriate or offensive content.
• Harass or threaten other users.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the website.
• Copy or misuse profile information.
• Use automated software or bots to access the website.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent removal.

12. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how your information is collected and used.

• Logo
• Design
• Images
• Graphics
• Source Code
• Text
• Branding

belongs to Namathu Thirumana Vazhikaatti unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying or reproduction is prohibited.

14. Limitation of Liability

NTVK acts only as a matrimonial platform that connects registered users.

We do not guarantee:

• Marriage success
• Profile compatibility
• Accuracy of information submitted by users
• Behaviour of registered users

Users are solely responsible for their personal interactions and decisions.

15. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms & Conditions.
• Submit false information.
• Engage in fraudulent activities.
• Misuse the platform.
• Harm other users or the reputation of the platform.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revised versions will be published on this page along with the updated effective date. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
